Red Raspberry Cream Pie
Use your favorite recipe for a two crust pie. Roll out one pie crust in a 9" pan.
In a bowl, gently mix:
4 cups red raspberries
1 cup white sugar (use more or less to your taste)
3 Tablespoons flour
Add 1 cup whipping cream and blend well.
Pour into pie crust. Top with second crust and bake until done.
